Ingredients
Poached tuna made with NormaFresh pacific yellowfin tuna steaks
Salt
A small tub of greek yoghurt
2 cups of panko breadcrumbs
2 cloves of garlic, minced
500g of potatoes, mashed
1 small onion, finely chopped
1⁄4 tsp of chilli powder
1 piece of ginger, minced
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable oil for frying
1 tsp of garam masala
The juice of half a lemon
1 handful of coriander, finely chopped
